DESCRIPTION OF SUBMISSION:

FACTnet alpha will be presented as means to engage the public in meaningful, ongoing, organic, generative dialogue, with the view of creating a bright new future for all, through developing FACTSnet .0

OBJECTIVE:

To increase public engagement, while reducing spending.

DISCUSSION:
FINANCIAL IMPACT:

Although, as the above objective states, costs will be reduced. There will need to be some initial investment of time to develop proposals for next year.

COMMUNITY BENEFIT:
  1. Increased Community Engagement.
  2. Reduced Cost.

Excerpt from email sent to council:

It would be wise to hold a public dialogue with the School Boards and the City before finalizing this plan. The school boards have plans and needs but these are not integrated with the city plan and the public is not involved in any discussion between the various stakeholders.  David Ibsen will speak more to this at the public hearing.
